Nayisha Delaney Obituary

Nayisha Molly Ann Delaney

Nayisha Molly Ann Delaney had a big personality to match her big name and she was a delight to everyone who met her. She captured people's attention with her confident, determined walk and her glowing personality. She was happy, intelligent, observant, opinionated, bossy, confident, demanding and loving all wrapped in a big 2 year old body. She kept track of all the people in her short chaotic life and she knew everyone's name.

Nayisha loved to sing and would sing the ABC Song and the Wheels on the Bus song loud and clear. She loved having certain books read to her and she knew the "My Puppy" book so well that she would read it to us. Nayisha enjoyed the outdoors. She was fascinated by the quickness of the hummingbirds but she really loved watching the neighborhood peacocks when they jumped up on the walls and roofs. Nayisha also loved flowers and she would wander around the yard looking for flowers.. Nayisha's greatest love was doing whatever her older brothers were doing, be it playing with legos, riding bikes, playing on the playground or playing hide and seek. She was determined to keep up and compete. She also loved being rocked by grandma and looking at pictures of herself.

In her short life she lived a big life that matched her big name. She enjoyed life and gave joy to so many people. We feel blessed that her spirit lives on in the lives of at least four other people because of her generous organ donations. Her heart is still beating somewhere. Thank you Nayisha for being such an important part of our life and giving life to others. We love you.

Nayisha is survived by her mother Kreshenna Arnassa Delaney, father Dylan Guilbault, maternal brothers RaySean Marchi, Elijah Delaney, Javontey Delaney, Ezekiel Wiscott, sister Kayla Mora, maternal aunt Lesha Delaney and honorary aunt Sheila Ridley, paternal half brother Brandon Martinez, uncle Caton and wife Annie Guilbault, paternal grandparents Terry Guilbault and Molly Jasper.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charities or to www.letsplantabq.org

Services for Nayisha will be held on Friday, June 16th at the Daniels - Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, ABQ, NM 87109. Viewing from 10-11 AM, funeral at 11 AM, burial to follow.

Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Please accept my deepest condolences and know that God loves you and can restore your spirits, give you peace, and strengthen you.

I don't know the family just wanted to let you know that I'm praying for all of you.

Unbelievably heart breaking, yet we find comfort in knowing that God has given each and every one of us a purpose... from the oldest living person to this beautiful little angel with a big name during her short time on earth! Her purpose was to touch her family and friends deep inside and to open their hearts to infinite, unconditional LOVE. Job well done baby girl! To the family: go on and be all the things this lovely precious baby girl has inspired in your hearts until you hold her in your arms, see her beautiful smile, and speak her big name once again. We've never met but know that somebody in Oregon is praying for you and your family. Blessings and Peace.
