Patricia Saavedra-Vigil Obituary

Patricia Saavedra-Vigil

Trish was born December 22, 1945 in Albuquerque NM, where she lived until she passed on August 7, 2025. She is survived by her husband Dwight (Butch) and Son, Jonathan (Katherine); Grandkids Crystal (Jeremy), Tre; extended family Lori, Erica, Kimberly, and friends. She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father Elfigo and Emelia Vigil, along with her five brothers, her sons Robert Buckner and Eric Lovato.

Trish was a graduate of Albuquerque High School and worked in health care for the last 30 years. Trish's laughter lit up a room and her smile heeled wounds. She gave so much of herself freely, joyfully, and endlessly. She will live on in the heavens watching over us and will be greatly missed.

Trish has left a legacy of the honest meaning of giving of oneself. Trish was a spirit of joy and gave from the depths of her heart. She was a Pillar of strength to those around. Even when she was having a challenging situation herself she always had a word of encouragement to share. Her crown will surely have many jewels. I will sure miss her, her smile, her genuine wit and beautiful heart.
