Paul Hindes Obituary
Paul A. Hindes died peacefully on November 3, 2017 at his home in Kenoza Lake, NY.
From 1973 - 1979, he directed Albuquerque Dance Theater (ADT), a modern dance company he co-founded with Pam Knisel and Whitney Rau. A classically trained pianist, Paul had a Computer Science degree from the Courant Institute. Returning to NYC in the 1980s, he worked in software training and systems design. He will be remembered for his intelligence, wit, and passionate views on political injustice.
He leaves a daughter, Kate Hindes, a son, Samuel Hindes and his former wife, Linda Langford of New York City, and a brother, Andrew Hindes.
