Ray was one of the best supervisors I had ever worked for at Transamerica Financial Services Credit Department. He would listen, make a reasonable decision and follow up with his employees to ensure they understood where he stood. He always had a smile and a greeting upon reporting for work.

I am at a total loss learning of the passing of Ray. Ray and I go back a long time with Transamerica Financial where he was my friend. Then we both went with Long Beach Mortgage together until 2001 when the company was bought by Washington Mutual Bank. Ray was my boss. I have so much respect for this person and his ethics. When we left Long Beach Mortgage he went out of state and I lost contact with him until today when I decided at the request of another employee of his to see if I know where he is. This is not the way I wanted to find him. May God bless Ray, his lovely wife Susan, and all his family.
