Clement Hains Obituary

Clement Paul Hains, 63, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at his home in Lafayette. Clement Paul Hains, affectionately known as "Clem", was born on January 27, 1958, in Crowley, LA and was a lifetime resident of Acadiana. Clem graduated from Lafayette High School and then worked for his father, Price L. Hains, Sr., and Kilgore Offshore, Inc. A very kind and sweet man with a giving heart, he will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Clement is survived by six siblings, his brothers Price L. Hains, Jr., Harvey J. Hains and Dallas R. Hains and his sisters Marcia H. Chamberlain, Carrie H. Kelly and Angela H. Sonnier; one aunt, Myrtle Comeaux; one uncle, Clyde Comeaux and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Price L. Hains, Sr.; his mother, Marian S. Hains; one sister, Rachelle H. Arabie; two nephews, Matthew C. Hains and Jeremy M. Delcambre; one niece, Delilah Hains and many aunts and uncles. Clem's final wishes were to have no service. Online obituary and guest book may be viewed at www.fountainmemorialfuneralhome.com.
