James "Jim" "Pop" T. Panarello, Sr. Private funeral service will be held in the manner requested by Jim who passed away on Wednesday November 9, 2017 at his home with a peace that only God can provide. Jim was born in Barrington, RI on June 16, 1935. He was a private man who was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and friend. He lived life to the fullest possible and was very strong in his beliefs as well as his opinions. For all who knew him the emptiness left with his passing is only outweighed by the fullness he brought to our lives while he was with us. Jim was survived by his Wife, Iris Arlene Panarello, two sons; James (Pete) Panarello , Jr. and David Panarello, Stepdaughter Sherri Theriot and Stepson Robert ( Bobby) Johnston and extensive extended family. He is preceded in death by his Parents, son Donnie Panarello and his beloved pet Sassy. The family wishes to thank the staff of NSI Hospice for the compassion and dignity they brought to Jim during his illness and passing. Iris Arlene Ellison Johnston Panarello. Iris was born in Victoria, TX on October 15, 1939. Iris was a force of nature who touched every life she came in contact with. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend. She also lived life to the fullest and experienced anything and everything possible. Her passing will leave a great void in all the lives she touched. Iris was preceded in death by her loving Husband James Panarello two days before her passing. She is survived by her children Robert (Bobby) Johnston, Sherri Theriot, Stepsons James (Pete) Panarello, Jr. and David Panarello and extensive extended family. The family wishes to thank the staff of NSI Hospice for the exceptional care and support they offered Iris as well as her family during her long illness. Special thanks and appreciation to Iris and Jim's Grandson Jarred Arabie for all the time and loving care he helped to provide during their illnesses.
