Andrea (Andy) was a fiery, compassionate, and creative spirit with a love for God, her family, her friends, and her country. She specialized in acts of service for her loved ones. She was a diehard Ole Miss football fan, an incredible gardener, and a voracious reader. She was also a longtime member of the Desoto County Civic Garden Club. She fiercely loved her dogs as well as 70's funk music with a great beat.
Those who knew her found her to be brave, selfless, smart, loyal, generous, kind, hard-working, genuine, hilarious, and an avid storyteller. Her favorite Bible verse was "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" – Philippians 4:13, a verse that defined her life, most especially her years fighting cancer.
As she would say, God bless America and Hotty Toddy.
