Jacob "Bryce" Hearn

Jacob "Bryce" Hearn, age 25, of Brighton, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Bryce leaves behind his loving mother, Jennifer Hearn Cox; his stepfather, David Cox; his father, Tim Hearn; his grandmother, Teresa Weisenhorn and his grandfather, Dale Hubble. He is also survived by three sisters, Madison (Jason) Hawkins, Sarah (Hunter) Myers and Payton Cox; his life partner, Bree Sonntag and their unborn twin babies who will remain a part of his legacy; his aunt, Dominique (Michael) Childress; his uncle, Joey (Linda) Hubble; his nieces and nephews, Chloe Hawkins, Lakelyn Hawkins, Maverick Hawkins, Casen Myers and Rylee Myers; his cousins, Christopher Westin Childress, Jace Childress, Jovie Childress, Dylan Hubble and Emma Hubble and a large, extended family that loved him. Bryce was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Christopher Weisenhorn and Hugh Hearn and his gram, Sharon Hubble, who welcomed him into Heaven. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 11 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Bryce was known for his kind heart, bright spirit and the love he shared with everyone who knew him. He brought laughter, warmth and light into the lives of his family and friends. Bryce's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him most.
