A wonderful lifelong neighbor and grandfather figure to us. We will miss your joyful smile, wave and usual chat on your daily walks. I will always remember growing up with Mr. and Mrs. Harrah's grandchildren and witnessing what great grandparents they were. He was a mentor for many and inspired me with his positive spirit and energy for life! Thank you, Mr. Harrah, you will be missed on E. Birch Ave.

Dear Family,
We will always hold Bill in our hearts. We will miss his daily walks by our house on Birch and stop and chat with us. He was always so upbeat and a joy to know. His place is now with our Heavenly Father and Bill's journey here on earth was one filled with love for family and friends.

Warm, loving, patient, hard-working, alert, smiling, willing to help...
He stepped in as a father-figure for me, when I was at a crossroads in my young life, and for that I have always been grateful to him and Aunt Louise.
Love you Aunt Lou. Love you Tim. Love and hugs to all the family.
I will miss my Uncle Bill. Linda
