I knew her from ebay, and indeed she was "anicelady". She was a great seller and If I could have met her she would have been a great friend of mine, I am sure. My condolences to her family.

Carol is missed by thimble collectors all over the world. She was always regarded as being truly 'Such a Nice Lady'. I will continue to treasure a thimble which Carol gave to me.

I knew Carroll first through Ebay and then started buying thimbles directly from her for our business JMJ. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband had COPD so we had a familiar interest. We used to say that we wished we lived closer so we could share a chat with a c up of coffee together. My condolences to all the family. Jan Mertes

Those we love remain with us
For love itself lives on
And cherished memories never fade
Because a loved one's gone
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart
For as long as there is memory
They'll live on in the heart.

(In response to Brandon's message)No truer words have ever been spoken, I will always be thankful for what she has done for my family and me. People will never begin to understand the I influence that she had on making me a better person. She left a void in me that will never be filled. I love you Grandma. Rest in peace. We will see each other again.

I remember my Aunt always smiling and so happy to have us come for a visit. What I remember the most is she is one of the very few people that have ever called me by my full name. When she said my name it made me feel so good. During the service as I held my moms hand I was reminded of how special sisters are. But also, I wanted to take away all of the pain the family is feeling right now. My prayers and thoughts are with you all! Kristanna Port Orchard, WA.

My sincerest condolences to the McKechnie family. I remember my mom and dad (Monte and Marilyn Larsh) having great times with Jack and Sue and fond childhood memories.

I remember Sue very well. She was an asset to us troopers and to the public with her great personality. One time she broadcast a radio call for a lost pet-a skunk. We asked her over the radio how do we handle this? She replied: "Very carefully."
