I am a childhood friend of Rachel's and I remember Mr.Burke always letting us kids hang out at his house giving us a safe place to be instead of running the streets because that was the kind of man he was sweet, kind, with a big heart who was an awesome father to Rachel. I will miss driving down the street seeing him on his porch. You have my deepest condolences may he forever rest in peace.
