Dorothy Schletter Obituary

Dorothy Rea Schletter, died December 25, 2016. She was born in Garden City New York on May 31, 1924. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Jerry Schletter. Survivors include her sons, David Schletter (Jeraldine), Gregory Schletter (Lynn); daughter Lynn Johler; three grandchildren, Christopher Schletter (Monica), Timothy Schletter (Monica) and Jessica Bruzzichesi (John) and a great-grand daughter, Anastasia Bruzzichesi; niece Susannah Hubner-Varela and nephew, Richard Broadhurst.

Special thanks to our cousin Richard Broadhurst and his wife Candy for the love and support they gave our mom all these years. Thanks to her friends at Pinecrest Place for making her time there so special. Dick & I will miss Aunt Dot. She was the last of her generation and went in her own way. It is the end of an era. May she now rest in eternal peace. Deepest sympathy to the rest of the family.
