Harold Weinberg Obituary
Dr. Harold H. Weinberg (Retired), 93, of Emeritus at Westminster, MD passed on August 8, 2014. Born on January 4, 1921 he was the son of the late Dr. Meyer A. and Regina Gichner Weinberg of 1724 Utah Place, Baltimore, MD.He was predeceased by wife Anne Orr Weinberg in 2011. He was an Ear, Nose and throat doctor with a private practice in Finksburg. Graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.He was a Captain in the Army/Air force and served as a flight surgeon, a flight medical examiner and flight instructor. He loved flying his own Piper Arrow. Harold loved opera, classical musical and his dogs. Surviving is a nephew Leo Weinberg and wife Judy of Tulsa OK, Rose Webster of S. Carolina, Niece Liz Stevanus and husband Matt Freisser and Alan Levi and wife Renee of Connecticut. There will be no public services. Memorial contributions should be sent to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave. Westminster, MD 21157. Cremation arrangements by Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster. i just learned that harold died in 2014. harold taught me to fly and was a dear friend. i cherish the memories of ann and harold and their dogs. i pray that their souls rest in piece.

Harold, I worked at Emeritus and worked in the dietary department there. I always loved the way that you acknowledged me. You always spoke to me every day that I saw you. I loved the way that you would order your breakfast. You would order oatmeal with the "flakes" on top. I will never forget you. You have always been a wonderful person for as long as I have known you. You are greatly missed by me; but you will never be forgotten. You were one of my favorite people. I know that you are enjoying your new surroundings up there.
