Eduardo, Gabriel, Lea, Carey---I just heard about Jan, still reeling in shock.
No mere words can express the sense of loss ---- she was my best friend throughout high school, college and beyond. My sincerest condolences--- I will miss her, that smile that lit up a room and her ever quick and humorous wit. We indeed had some fun times........

I attended high school with Jan. She was witty and talented. She married a dear friend of mine from U of Alabama, Raimundo. I had not known he was deceased until I was sent the obit. What a sad read it was. I didn't know her son had died either. What a tragic thing.
The internet does serve to keep us informed. I posted her obit on our Mobile high school page.
May she be joyfully reunited with Rai and Andres.
Sincerely,

I am so sorry to hear this sad news about Jan. She was such a beautiful woman and friend. Her grace, wit, style and artistic talent were beyond measure. It was always such a joy to see Jan with her beautiful boys, with their impeccable manners! Jan, I know you are dancing the tango again! God bless you and your family.

Jan and I went to Murphy and to Salem together. She was smart, stylish, and hysterically funny. Had a lovely letter from her several years ago which I will always cherish. I know there is a joyful reunion up there, but I am sad that she is gone.
Lea and Carrie, so sorry for the loss of your dear sister.

Jan was a very proud mother of her three handsome sons, and a marvelous friend to me. I am shocked by her sudden passing, BUT consoled that she is with her Andres in Heaven. God Bless, Brian Boyle
