Jenna Herrmann Obituary
A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Cook Inlet Academy School on K-Beach Road in Soldotna. Pastor Larry Huntsperger will be officiating.
Ms. Herrmann was born October 1, 1985 in Anchorage, Alaska. She received her GED from the Kenai Peninsula College in 2003. Jenna has lived in Alaska all her life living in Levelock, Alaska from 1985 to 1995, Kenai from 1995 to 2003 and finally in Anchorage up until the present. Jenna was a member of the Peninsula Bible Fellowship Church in Soldotna. She loved to drive and she loved children.
The family wrote, "Jenna Pooh' had a great smile and was hilarious. She immediately brightened any room. She was greatly loved by her nieces and nephews and will always hold a special place in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Jenna has gone to be with her Lord in heaven. She is still smiling like the Saint that she is."
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Herbert A. Truesdell and Henry E. Herrmann; grandmother, Helen M. Herrmann.
She is survived by her parents, Gerald Lee and Rita (Vickie) Herrmann of Kenai; grandmother, Betty Truesdell of Soldotna; sister, Jari Beth Herrmann of Kenai; brother, Jason Herrmann of Anchorage; nephews, Justin Herrmann of Kenai, Jared Herrmann of Kenai, Jaycee Herrmann of Kenai, Jonathon Herrmann of Kenai, Kaison Herrmann of Anchorage, Kaden Herrmann of Anchorage, Ethan Herrmann of Kenai, and Fred Zimin, Jr. of Kenai; nieces, Heidi Herrmann of Kenai, Haleigh Herrmann of Kenai, and Kaitlyn Herrmann of Anchorage; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousin on both the Herrmann and Truesdell side of her family.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jenna to the March Of Dimes at www.marchofdimes.com. Or to The ABC Pregnancy Care Center, 5085 Willow Street Suite B. - Kenai, AK 9611.
Flowers may be sent to Tami Miller at 46523 Blue Shadow Court in Soldotna, AK 99669. She will be bringing the flowers to the service on Sunday.
Arrangements made by Peninsula Memorial Chapel & Crematory.

I can't believe your gone Jenna! We hadn't really talked or hung out if at all in the past year, which i truley regret because you were a good friend always there to brighten the day, with your beautiful smile :) You'll always be in my heart hun until we meet again one day, love you always and forever! My prayers going to her family. im so sorry for your loss. i miss seeing her beautiful smile. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her. she was taken from us all way 2 soon. i think about her everyday and will miss her much. god bless. :-)

Jenna you are in a better place. The people that knew you knew they could trust in you. I did not know you well but the person that I met always was nice a willing to lend a helping hand. You will be missed.

I can still hear your laughter and see your smile. it has been to many years since I seen you but I will never forget the last time we seen each other, it was right before I left state and we had just made up from years of not talking to each other.. I came over to your house and hung out with our friends we had so much fun and like old time spent the whole night laughing. You always knew how to make a sad moment a happy one and how to make anybody laugh. I have so many great memories with you that will last me until we see each other again. I have missed you and will always miss you. Your smile will live on in my heart I love you jen!

I just wanted to say that i will greatly miss Jenna. She was always so very helpful and good with my boys( who adore her). She was a great friend, and a great listener when I needed her. My prayers go out to the Herrmann Family. Jenna was truly an angel and has returned home.

I am so sorry to hear about Jenna, Her obituary says it all about her, for the Short wonderful time We knew Jenna, we loved her and she always had a smile with twinkle in her eyes whenever I saw her. Bill and I, when we first heard about her passing remembered when she so willingly babysat Kegan,when we lived in Kenai and how comfortable she made him. Peace to her memory and Praying for the family. Vickie may God bless you and continue to give you comfort, as well as the rest of the family.

I am so sorry about jenna only having such a short life, we all loved her and i remember her when she was a lil one and played with my daughter eve pitts, zeb and dez heath and joseph herrmann. She was a good kid, and i want to remember her that way. Sandra Herrmann-Crownhart and David Crownhart.
