My deepest sympathies to his family. He was my family physician back in the early 80's in Charlottetown and delivered my second son. I have just read his obituary in the paper today and feel shocked and deeply saddened. He was a very fine person and loved by all.

I could not believe when I heard the news. My daughter was Kevin's first newborn patient. Kevin and Liz were dear friends and were there for me during a very difficult time. Kevin was a sweet and gentle man and the world has lost a wonderful person.

Peg and I particularly remember our wonderful times with you both while I Medical school/nursing school at Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia, Kevin and i were in the same class and had a few wonderful adventures and many memorable times with our close friends (the Coadys) in PEI and in Nova Scotia
We knew thw wybanga's at that time as well so the extended family and our circle of friends remains large and very supportive of one another.

We were at mass yesterday at Our Lady of Assumption and when they asked us to pray for Dr Kevin Coady, there was a silence. People could not believe it. What a darling man. Funny, caring, brilliant, and loved his practice and it showed. Would always put the family first while providing care. The world is a sadder place because you are not there. I can still see him sitting by the desk on paediatrics and teasing our then head nurse Hilda... She loved him, he would make her blush, and he also made her days. Dr. Coady was my doctor for about 18 years. He was wonderful, so caring and kind. I loved that he was always humming. You knew when he was coming down the hall. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dr. Kevin Coady, his wife, children and other family members. Such a sad loss to the medical profession and families. I live in Charlottetown PEI Canada. I worked at the Charlottetown Medical Clinic when Drs. Kevin, Kenneth and Clarence Coady worked there. My father Al Allen was the manager there at the time. My father has since passed away and would be devastated to have heard of Kevin's passing. A lot of memories of the days working with all the doctors and staff. Again I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Kevin's passing. May you hold close and dear to your hearts all the specials memories of Dr. Kevin as a father, husband, brother, Uncle, friend and a wonderful doctor.
