MILES, MARLENE, 65 born Marlene Joseph, passed away on December 23, 2015 in Miami, Florida. Marlene was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti on March 16, 1950. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Denzil Miles; 3 children; 2 grandchildren, 7 siblings; and a host of other relatives and friends. Service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00a.m. at St. Mary Cathedral located at 7525 N.W. 2nd Ave., Miami, Florida 33150. Interment will follow at Dade Memorial Park, 1301 N.W. Opa-Locka Blvd., Miami, Fl. 33167. Services Entrusted To Range Funeral Home.

This beautiful lady was a true friend to my mother, Viola. They were co-workers for many, many years, but much more than that, they were friends. When my mother was ill, she wanted her friend to know. She asked, "where is my good friend, Marlene." Whenever she read about something that was good for my mother's health, she would bring it. I have very fond memories of her as a child. She did my makeup for my wedding! She was beautiful inside and out - what a treasure! May she rest in peace and give my mom a hug. Family, please forgive our absence during your time of grief. We did not know of her passing.
