Ten years. It was 10 years two days ago. I was ill and wasnt able to post. But all my thoughts were with you my child, as they will be for my lifetime. I was allowed to have your gift to me brought into the hospital - all 23 lbs of wagging tail and many kisses. I had said thats all I wanted that day, the little furry bundle of joy that you led me to a couple months after you left, Sparky. The little guy that was abandoned, that I saved his life - but in reality, saved mine. You knew Id need him. He let me know I was still needed which gave me a purpose to live, as I felt I had none. So now it is 10 years later and my love for you has only grown my sweet, precious daughter, Tasha. Ive learned to live within a new relationship with you but know you are always with me. One day, in Gods wisdom, we will again be joined - what a joyous reunion that will be.

Natalia, I was so fortunate to have known you, even for so short a time. You were a wonderful friend, and an amazing person. The ever lively Natalia never failed to put a smile on my face. Every conversation was an adventure. I will never forget you

Natalia, I found out about you passing away only a few days ago, 7 months later...At first, I was in shock and denial. I couldn't believe that it happened. You were such a wonderful girl, and I am so darn proud of you for moving forward as you had struggled for many years. You are always going to be on my mind "doll-face."
Donna, You are also always going to be on my mind as I pray for you to stay strong as you have. You raised a wonderful daughter who had the whole world in front of her. If it weren't for you, she would have never gotten the chance at life as she did. You did a wonderful job with her, and now she is in a happier place, with no pain or worries. You and Tasha will always be on my mind, and in my prayers. Stay strong, Donna. Much love, Caroline (Carie) and Lauren

I like to think of Natalia as a spiritual being in a physical body. This world of ours was just overwhelming. She is now in the perfect place with no more worries and surrounded by eternal love.

Donna I was just informed about your loss just days ago. There are some great pictures of Tasha in the photo gallery. I only wish I knew sooner so I could have been there for you or done something for you.I just don't know what to say other than remember only the good times and loving words you both spoke to each other. I am truly sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Donna my heart is broken for you, but Knowing she is in Jesus's arms makes it bearable. She was such a unique spirit, and so adventerous. We will miss her. I know there are no words at this time that can mend a broken heart, but it will heal. I will always remember the kids playing together in Big Lake, I think that was the best time of their lives. A child's simple joy of running around outside in the dirt with the all those dogs. Playing dress up or watching Barney and how well Tasha sang as a little girl. I will keep you in my heart and in my prayers. Esabel S Berube

Tasha was one of my best friends, the older sister I had always longer for. She was a strong person and always helped me see the brighter side of life. No one will ever replace her in my heart, for she was one of a kind, unique in every way, and she changed my life in more ways than one. Donna, my prayers and thoughts are with you both.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. As you celebrate the life of your loved one, know that you are surrounded by the love and strength of many. May you find comfort in the words at 2nd Corinthians 1:3&4. May God grant you the peace that only He can provide at times such as this. Your family and friends are in my prayers.

Natalia was her own scenery. Nothing can replace what she brought to the world. Nothing can mitigate the pain of losing a daughter, a family member, a friend... We can only cherish the light, life, and colour of her personality and remember that time is short so make it the boldest, brightest, and most beautiful thing you can. Donna, hang in there. I know the vestige she left will never be filled, but the burden of absence doesn't have to be a weight you carry forever. We all grieve for her, but we will all carry on.

What a shock. I still see Tasha as a young whirligig, and like one of my nieces, she has always be about 5 years old in my mind. It was always amazing to me when I would see pictures of how much she had grown, but I still maintain my memory of our first meeting, with her aunt.
I am saddened by the sudden loss of such a girl, whose life was just beginning. It is so tragic. All my thoughts and sympathies are with all of you.

I will be holding you all in prayer, my condolences to each of you.

"A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam.
And for a brief moment, its glory and beauty belong to our world...
But then it flies on again, and though we wish it could have stayed, we feel so lucky to have seen it."
Our hearts break knowing how you are suffering from this loss. Please remember your family and friends are near and anxious to lend support. You are in our thoughts and prayers daily.

For Tasha's mama, Donna; grandmother, Stella; father, Neal; and her "nanny", friend, and mentor, Brenda...
You are the best. You gave her a chance. You gave her life. You loved and understood and protected an intricate soul. You helped her navigate.
Nothing and no one can take that from you...it is the most any of us can do for another.
My heart is broken for you. My little granddaughter once said, "When you love someone, they're in your heart forever." With all of you, I honor forever.
love from Brenda's mom, carol
