William "Bill" Frazier
William "Bill" T. Frazier, 79, of Belleville, Ill., born Aug. 14, 1928, in St. Louis, Mo., died on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
Bill was a State Farm Insurance agent for 38 years with offices in Granite City and Belleville, Ill. He was a CLU and CPCU. He won the millionaire award with State Farm for 25 years and traveled to over 17 countries. He was also a member of St. John's The Evangelist in Naples, Fla. He enjoyed boating and was avidly involved in the U.S. Power Squadron Commander, the Alton Motor Boat Club, Naples Boat Club and was a Rotarian for over 25 years and never missed a weekly meeting in Granite City and Naples, Fla. Bill received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award two times. He achieved his private pilot license and loved boating on the Mississippi, Alton Lake area as well as on the Gulf of Mexico. His passions also included flying and traveling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Gladys, nee Tucker, Frazier.
Surviving are his loving wife of 24 years, Beverly, nee Jung, Frazier of Belleville, Ill.; his two sons, John Timothy Frazier of Shiloh, Ill., and Bradley (Cheryl) Frazier of Champaign, Ill.; two step-daughters, Kendra Allaband (Chris) Gamble of Chicago, Ill., and Kirsten (Keith) Spillman of Boca-Raton, Fla.; six grandchildren, Patricia Frazier of Champaign, Ill., Krystle Frazier of Champaign, Ill., Meghan Wickenhauser of Edwardsville, Ill., Jordin Spillman of Boca-Raton, Fla., Calvin Allaband-Gamble of Chicago, Ill., and Celia Corinne Allaband-Gamble; and a great-grandchild, Caleb Frazier of Champaign, Ill.
Memorials may be made to St. Teresa's Catholic Church or Southwest Florida Parkinson's Association.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill., and from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Belleville, Ill., with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Belleville, Ill., with Father Nicholas Junker officiating. Interment will be held privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.

Dear Frazier family,
So very sorry to hear about Bill he was one of the kindest man around. We had known him for many years. My father-in-law introduced him to us when we got married and Bill took good care of us all them years on our insurance he was a very friendly and happy man we always loved to come down and visit him at his Granite City office. God bless you Bill and his family too. Please remember all the good times and he will live on in your hearts forever. Our prayers go out to you.
