Albert Sterling, Sr. Obituary


Albert Jackson Sterling was born in Summit, N.J., on April 2, 1930. He departed this life Feb. 7, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Audrey M. Butler.

Albert leaves to cherish his memories a son Albert Sterling II, two grandsons, Ryan and Reese Sterling, two nieces Hope A. Brunson and Carolyn M. Carroll, two nephews Richard S. Carroll Sr. and Jeffrey V. Carroll Sr., along with a host of family and friends.

Service of celebration will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, at the Chapel of Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 201 N. Union St.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with formal services to follow.
Interment will be in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
