Boyd Greenwood Obituary
Survivors include his wife Donna G. Greenwood, of Alamogordo; sons Jesse W. Salisbury, of Roswell, Boyd M. Greenwood Jr., of Alamogordo, and Aaron Greenwood, of San Antonio, Texas; stepchildren Tina Winn, Tracy Garrison and Steven Garrison, all of Alamogordo; eight grandchildren; and two brothers, Mike Greenwood, of Casa Grande, Ariz., and Tom Greenwood, of Downing, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Jessie and Irvin Greenwood; and brothers Charlie, Kenneth and Jim Greenwood.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at the Alamogordo Funeral Home chapel with Chuck Moon officiating. A reception will follow the service at the Odd Fellow's Hall.
The Greenwood family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Alamogordo Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take place at PCS.

donna i am so sorry about boyd. you guys have been my best friends for years and i have always valued your friendsjhip. you both have a special place in my heart. i could not make it to the service but you know i was there in my heart. boyd was one of the few men i respected and he will be missed by me, tammy, desirea, dominick and daymon god bless you and give you comfort in this time of pain.

Boyd was a nice person; we enjoyed talking with him when he came to our house and we will miss seeing him around. We pray the good Lord helps the family and friends get through this rough time. He picks his flowers and He wanted Boyd for His garden. Praying for you all...

Boyd was a character, a rebel, a friend, and I'm going to miss him. He showed a lot of courage during his battle with cancer. He never gave up, kept his sense of humor, and fought like a champ till the very end.
