David Josselyn Obituary
On August 19, at the age of 61, Dave courageously fought but lost his battle with cancer.
David was originally a Minnesotan, born on Dec. 12, 1952, in Thief River Falls, Minn., but became an Alamogordian at age 5.
After Dave graduated from Alamogordo High School, he moved to Arizona to become a skilled ironworker. In 1997, Dave and his family moved back to Alamogordo.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Josselyn; and his mother, Eileen Josselyn.
He is survived in death by his father, Donald Josselyn; his siblings, Penny Hardison, Lela Singleton, Larry Josselyn and Jimmy Josselyn; his daughters, Hailey Josselyn, Lindsey Hulbert, and Whitney Hileman; his son-in-laws, Sheridan Hileman and Michael Hulbert; and his grandchildren, Shayla Roy, Shadyn Roy, Silus Roy, Michael Hulbert, Andrew Hulbert, Mylie Hulbert, Trenton Hileman, and Allyson Hileman.
A celebration of David's life will be held at the Nut House, 32 Ivy Lane, La Luz, on Saturday, August 23 at 3 p.m.

David was my very best friend until we moved to California. He was the one who wished us off in the early 1960s. We had many adventures and he taught me to ride a bike and swim plus play marbles.
