Tyrell Earl Rogers

Tyrell (Ty) Earl Rogers, beloved son of Ella and Andy Olsen of Cloudcroft, N.M., and Rick Rogers of Boles Acres was called to heaven on Tuesday, March 22nd.

Ty was a graduate of Cloudcroft High School. He spent his life surrounded by a large family, who loved and cared deeply for him, and learned so much from him during his short time on Earth. Ty's love for fire trucks, ambulances, and police cars, led him to start collecting toy cars at an early age. Ty loved to color, take trips to local stores, attend church, watch Mickey Mouse, and spend time with his family.

Ty loved his many nieces and nephews, his grandmother (Maw), his devoted parents, his siblings, and all his extended family, but his love for Jesus was strongest of all.

Ty is preceded in death by his grandmother Bida Rogers; grandfather William Olsen of Cloudcroft, N.M.; his aunt Sandra Scott and his cousin, Andrew Rogers of Alamogordo.

Survivors include siblings, Mandy Owens of Roswell, N.M., Rhona and Jerry Esparza of Las Vegas, Nev., Sandra and Doug McBrayer of Kennesaw, Ga., Tony Owens and Alex Carilli, Jeb and Jessica Rogers, Lilly and Sean Williams, all of Cloudcroft, N.M., Harley Rogers of Alamogordo, N.M., Billy and Rita Olsen and Tommy and Candice Olsen, of Tucson, Ariz., Bobby and Suzanna Olsen of Tempe, Ariz. Ty is also survived by his grandmother, Betty Olsen of Alamogordo, N.M., as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Family, friends and those whose lives were touched by Ty, are invited to join us for services at Christ Community Church, at 2960 Scenic Dr. Alamogordo, NM on Monday, March 28, 2016, at 1 p.m., followed by graveside services at James Canyon Cemetery in Mayhill, NM. A reception will be held at Mountain of the Lord Church in Twin Forks following burial.
