JoAnn Livingston Bundy

1939 - 2022

Mrs. JoAnn Livingston Bundy, 82, of Albany, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1, 2022, in the chapel of Hall and Hall Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Siniard officiating. Following the funeral, Mrs. Bundy will be laid to rest in the Brown Family Cemetery, in Yonkers at 4:30 p.m. The family will visit with friends one hour before the funeral at Hall and Hall Funeral Home. Born November 18, 1939, in Eastman, Mrs. Bundy was the daughter of the late William and Alma Brown Livingston. She worked for Robins Air Force Base in Civil Service before moving to Albany in the mid 70's. After moving to Albany, she became very active at Sunnyside Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member throughout her life. She loved teaching children in Sunday School and in The Awana program and more than anything loved Jesus and her family. JoAnn enjoyed playing golf with her husband, friends and loved gardening. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bundy was preceded in death by her grandson, Zachary.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Bundy; two daughters, Jenny Butler and Jack of Savannah and Jan Greene and Sebrune of Smith Station, AL; sister, Doris Sapp; brother, Bill Livingston; grandchildren, Laura, Andrew, Abbi, and Ryan; and great-grandchildren, Zane, Zoey, Zia, and Zara Grace.
