ROBERT EVERROAD Obituary

ROBERT EVERROAD ANDERSON, IN Robert L. Everroad, 87, entered peace and rest on Friday, October 3, 2025, from Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis following an extended illness. He was born on March 29, 1938, in Deputy, Indiana to Carl and Flossie (Ellison) Everroad and has lived in Anderson for the past 18 years. He has been involved with custodial work for most of his lifetime. Robert lived a simple and uncomplicated lifestyle. One of his favorite past times was watching black and white TV westerns with Gene Autry being a favorite. Since his days as a young man, Robert has been fascinated with trains and anything associated with them. We will miss his sweet and simple kindness. Survivors: 2 Daughters-Linda (Dan) Faucett and Eloise Everroad both of Alexandria Grandchildren-Stephanie (Scott) Goodpaster of Alexandria, Tasha (Chris) Millay of Noblesville, Thomas (Morgan) Goodpaster Jr. of Pendleton Great-Grandchildren-Jordynn Lynn, Jaydin Marie, Evelynn Grace, Luke Daniel and Katie Cole Several nieces and nephews Robert was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife of 52 years Mary Ann (Bernacki) Everroad on July 12, 2011 and12 siblings. Robert's care and simple cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Owens Funeral Home in Alexandria. Private inurnment services will take place in the Garden of Serenity Columbarium of Park View Cemetery in Alexandria. Online condolences: www.owensmemorialservices.com
