Alice Lister Obituary
Alice Lister was born 9 years after women gained the right to vote to T J Austin and Emma Cora Beaty Austin in Shamrock, Texas on May 18, 1929. Alice married W. V. Lister, May 26, 1948.
She is survived by one brother, Boyd Austin and one sister, Alta Mae Scott, four children and their spouses: Larry Lister and wife Melissa, Glenda Lister Wischkaemper and husband Ken, Janice Lister Revels and husband David, Darrell Lister and wife April, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews
Alice was predeceased by her husband, parents and two sisters, Dee Alva Miller, Juanita Kenny and one grandson, Robert Seeds.
.She was a member of First Baptist Church Kelton for 65 years where she taught Sunday School. She joined First Baptist Church Shamrock in 2013. Alice was a homemaker and farm and ranch Partner.
The family request memorials be sent to the First Baptist Church in Shamrock.
