Marilyn Trader Obituary

Marilyn Ann Trader, of North Richland Hills, Texas and formerly of Amarillo passed away at home Saturday November 17, 2018.

A memorial gathering will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2018, at San Jacinto Church of Christ fellowship hall.

She was born January 26, 1939 in Longview, to Merlin and Mary Beth Calloway. Marilyn had a 30-year career with Amarillo ISD.

Survivors include her brother, Weldon Dean Calloway, of Hot Springs, AR; a son Mike, and wife Amy, of Southlake, TX; a daughter Kay, and husband Dave, of Missouri City, TX; and six grandchildren, Chandler Hyatt and husband Rou, Cole Trader, Cameron Trader, Addison Stacy, Emeree Stacy and Kendie Stacy.

Mrs. Trader taught me typing, and bookkeeping at PDHS. I was actually in her typing class when President Kennedy was assassinated. My favorite teacher, who I thought a lot of. Larry Butler
