Adam Wilmont Guidroz Jr., of Springfield, Louisiana, passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the age of 81. He was born on Friday, October 15, 1943, in New Roads, Louisiana.
Adam retired from DOW Chemical as a senior pipe designer.
Adam is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Dawn and Guy Sibley, daughter & son-in-law, Lacy and Jake Blanchard, son and daughter-in-law, Garett and Cherie Guidroz, son, Adam Guidroz, III, son, Corey Guidroz, Sr., son & daughter-in-law, KC and Anna Guidroz ; grandchildren, Leslie Faison and her husband Kyle, Linsey Durling and her husband Jeremy, Corey Guidroz Jr., Karley Hamilton, Michel Guidroz, Jr., Dylan Melancon, KC Guidroz, Liam Guidroz, Mattilyn Guidroz, River Guidroz, Lainy Lewis, and Jake Blanchard, Jr., also survived by three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Bowlin Guidroz, son, Michel Guidroz, Sr., grandson, Micah Carter Guidroz, parents, Adam Wilmont Guidroz Sr. and Mary Sicard Guidroz.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 22494 Highway 22, Maurepas, Louisiana 70449 on Friday 9/19/25 at 1:00 pm.
