Coates; his mother, Andrea Brumfield; his father, Cecil Coates; sons, Jesse Coates and Austin Coates; grandchildren, Raven Smith, Luna Coates, and Noah Autin; sister, Julie Coates; mother-in-law, Cynthia Brancaccio; siblings-in-law, Richard (Bridget), Brandy (Ricky), and Brian (Misty); nieces, Nicole, Ashley, Desiree', Kendyl, Stephanie, Jessica, Makaylah, and Jaimie; and nephews, Michael, James, Ricky, Lake, Joshua, Caleb, Brett, Manuel, and Matthew. Brian is preceded by his son, Brian Keith Coates, Jr. "B.J."; sisters, Theresa Joy, Janet Leigh, and Jeanene Faith; and nephew, Christopher Stafford and Kenneth Paul Brunies, Jr.; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
