Dalton Hodges Obituary

DALTON BRYCE HODGES, AGE 29 A resident of Lucedale, MS passed away Monday afternoon September 15, 2025, at Riverside Medical Center. Dalton was a 2015 Munford High School Graduate, he later started a hobby of home-designing, where he enjoyed the challenge of decluttering and finding older items. He enjoyed sight-seeing alongside creeks and rivers to add toward his arrowhead and artifact collection. Dalton was known for his love of swimming, whether it be at a nearby beach, river, or lake, the water made him happiest. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and he forever holds a special place in his heart for his pit-baby Malachie. Survived by: Mother: Lisa Havard Father and step mother: Chad and Jessica Hodges Brothers and Sister in law: Brian and Savannah Cockern, and Fletcher Hodges Sisters: Abbie Clark, Lacie Clark, and Christina Miller Grandparents: Debbie and Guy Hodges, Roy Caldwell, Greg and Tammy Barclay, Darlene Barclay, Emily Rouse Special friends: Rachel Davis and Blandon Creel Also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins He was preceded in death by grandparents: Beth Caldwell, Bobby Dobbins, C.D. Mizell, Charlotte Mizell, Pauline Hodges, Becky Hodges, and other family members. A private memorial service for family will be held at a later date.
