Kenneth Paille Obituary

Kenneth John Paille, age 76, of Loranger, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025. He was born on April 9, 1949, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Kenneth was a graduate of Dutchtown High School where he met and then married the love of his life, Janice Wheat Paille on September 14, 1968. Together they built a beautiful life centered around family. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as a sergeant during the Vietnam War and later retired Production Supervisor at Syngenta. He enjoyed taking care of his horse, gardening, fishing with anyone who wanted to go and most of all time with his grandchildren. No one entertained him more on the water than Clark Kling (his greatest friend) and Brye Templet. He had the biggest place in his heart for Cody Babin and Misty Nassar. He loved them as much as if they were his own children. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Cleveland and Yvonne (Blue) Paille; siblings: Ronald Joseph Paille Sr (Maxine), Robert William Paille Sr (Ann) and Sheryl Paille Zeringue (Pierre). He is survived by his children: Michelle Paille Gaudet (Jeff), Tammy Paille Leake (Ralph) and Kenneth Shane Paille (Melissa); his siblings: Cleveland Paille Jr. (Jeanie), Beth Paille Bertrand (Russ), and Grace Paille Cazes (Jim). He leaves behind his favorite people, his grandchildren: Brye Thomas Templet, Lacey Fitzgerald, Kaylee Paille and Landon Paille. Known as Kenny or Paw Paw to most, he was best known for his storytelling (whether true or not), humor, ability to work harder than anyone in the room and swooping in to the save the day without a second thought. He brought joy to all who knew him. Kenny's life was one that was well lived in every way. He was a devoted husband, father and Paw Paw. He was the safest place. He will be deeply missed and remembered forever.
