Thomas Leonard Eisenman

Thomas, age 38, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 31, 2025. He was a native of Las Vegas, NV and a resident of Hammond, LA. Thomas was a 3rd generation graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University where he earned a B.S. degree in Biology. He was a proud member of the Sons of The American Revolution for 20 years. Thomas was also a member of the General Society of 1812 and the Sons and Daughters of The Pilgrims. Thomas enjoyed travelling, especially with his family. He was a selfless man who's life mission was service to others. Thomas was a kind and loving person who left his family with countless wonderful memories. He will be forever missed. He is survived by his mother, Rebecca S. Smythe-Eisenman; sister, Abra "Abby" Sara Eisenman; brother, Nathaniel Barry Eisenman (Danielle); grandmother, Celeste June Smythe; nephew, Nathan Eisenman; and nieces, Isobelle Eisenman, Sara Soucek, and Samantha Soucek. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Martin Eisenman, MD; and grandparents, Thomas Leonard Smythe, Leon Soloman Eisenman, MD, and Ida Weinstein Eisenman. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Louisiana branch of the Sons and Daughters of the Pilgrams c/o Pat Gallagher, 70 Haroleans St. Harahan, LA 70123-4906. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home at 12012 Hwy 190 W Hammond, LA 70401 on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
