Andrew Orlowski Obituary

The funeral service for John Andrew Orlowski, 72, of Anniston will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father John McDonald officiating. Burial will be at the Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
Mr. Orlowski was a native of Plattekill, New York where he grew up with his family. He served the U.S. Army and was part of the 14 Army Band. Mr. Orlowski was a percussionist and volunteered his time with Jacksonville State and other local bands. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and part of the Knights of Columbus. He also volunteered at Regional medical Center. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Yong Orlowski; daughter, Catherine Davis and husband Steven; granddaughter, Elise Davis and a second grandchild on the way; several cousins, including Paula Blair.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 1301 Golden Springs Road, Anniston, Alabama 36207.

John was a great guy. I served with him in the 14th Army Band 1989-1994 and he always had a great attitude. So sorry he´s gone but he´s in Paradise with our Lord now.
