Daniel Bush Obituary

Daniel Edmunson "Goat" Bush, 63, aka Uncle Larry, Uncle Ricki, Goatman and Danny, sadly passed away at home Sunday, February 28, 2010, following a three year battle with cancer. "Goat" returned home to Alabama in August of 2009, where he resided in Anniston with loved one, Paula; brother, "Gun Control" and trusted "Detroit Alley Dog". "Goat", a 35 year Devil's Disciple, dedicated his life to his brothers and love of the "Club". Danny was born and raised in Bessemer, Alabama where older brother, Randall (Janis) Bush; sister, Elizabeth Peoples and many family still reside. Danny attended Hueytown High School and spent his free time fishing and being with the "Brighton Boys". Anyone who knew or met Danny/Goat would describe him as generous, loving, and caring Southern Gentleman, who danced through life and lived each day wide open. He will be missed every day. Danny most recently said, "Babe, I had the ride of my life, but I'm ready for the next one". Services for Daniel will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Valhalla Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
