Mr Laney was the owner of the Service Station back in the 70's where we parked the Brinks truck. Always thought a lot of him and always had a story to tell. He was very proud of his boys. I never knew what happened to Mr Laney until today. Prayers for the family

One of my favorite memories with my grandad was when he took me with him to a country auction, and in the parking lot there were some people chasing after a runaway pig! I also was so impressed on one family vacation when grandad jumped off a bridge with all the grandkids into a lake! He was fearless and lived life to the fullest.

My parents and I lived with his Dad, Chester Laney for a while. When he was home on leave, he would take me for a ride in his fancy convertible! He was my favorite boy cousin and a good man.
