Reba Irene Lowe Cooper Obituary

Reba Irene Lowe Cooper, 87, died Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Cleburne Co. Nursing Home. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Barry Nolen, Pastor Sam Ball and the Rev. Clint Alewine officiating. Burial will follow in Old Davistown Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5 until 7 p.m. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include daughter, Lorene Jeffers, of Muscadine; son, Wendell (Peggy) Collum, of Heflin; grandchildren, Jerry Wayne Jeffers, Rebecca Barker, Traci Ball, Blake Collum and Cody Collum. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Cooper was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and was a member of Hillcrest Independent Church in Heflin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rosie McCormick; siblings, Dessie Mae Puckett, Estella Allen, Elbert McCormick, Lester McCormick, Maybelle Ledbetter, Herschel McCormick, Flora Climber, Eugene McCormick and L.C.
