Richard Bussey Obituary

Graveside services for Richard A. Bussey, 64, of Anniston, will be held Saturday, August 18, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Bynum. Mark Riddle will be officiating. The family will receive friends this evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home. Mr. Bussey passed away on Thursday at his residence after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Judy Bussey; sons, Rick Bussey, Todd Bussey (Dyvonia); seven grandchildren, Ali, Ashley, Eden, Score, Alyssa, Amanda and Will Bussey; brother-in-law, Ronnie Mitchell (Jo); nieces, Dawn Saterfield and Sharon Gray; four aunts, Betty Tumlin, Betty Bussey, Jimmie Norris and Tina Dale and numerous cousins. Pallbearers will be Al Ellswick, John McNair, Cary Carden, Freddy Kemp, Josh Smith and Paul Riddle. Mr. Bussey was a resident of Anniston and retired from Goodyear after 32 years of service. The family would like to thank New Beacon Hospice for there kindness and compassion shown to the family and also would like to say a special thank you to Peggy .
