Robert Vernon "Bo" Baker III

Mr. Robert "Bo" Vernon Baker, III, age 44, a resident of Ozark passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at Flowers Hospital. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Robby Joplin officiating. The family will receive friends after the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to assist the family with the final expenses, a Go Fund Me account has been set up in his name. Mr. Baker was born September 27, 1972 in Augusta, GA. Mr. Baker was a 1991 graduate from Saks High School Anniston, AL and attended Mercer University. He was employed as a computer programmer and worked for several years at AAA-Cooper Trucking. Mr. Baker was a member of First United Methodist Church in Dothan and served in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his brother Austin Carl Joplin, grandparents Robert Vernon Baker, Sr. and Agnes Bycura Baker; Kenneth and Betty Joy Benier. Survivors include his parents Robert (Milly) Vernon Baker, Jr. of Jacksonville, AL and Marilyn Louise Judah, Ozark; his sons Grant Kenneth and Mason Robert Baker of Dothan; two brothers Curtis Judah (Kristina) Baker of Jacksonville, FL and Robby (Crystal) Joplin of Oxford, AL; one sister Brooke (Jason) Baker Lee of Dothan, AL; grandparents Curtis Donald and Eloise Vicki Judah of Ozark, AL; a special friend and the mother of his children Brandy Baker Jensen of Dothan. Several nieces and nephews Lauryn and Noah Lee of Dothan; Margeaux Baker of Jacksonville, FL; Luke, Eli and Jude Joplin of Oxford, AL.
