Darrell Lutz Obituary
PEACHLAND, N.C. — Mr. Darrell Moore Lutz, 49, of Knightdale and formerly of Peachland, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at his home.
A funeral service was held Saturday in the chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home, Wadesboro with the Rev. Dale Bost and the Rev. Gervais Hitch officiating. Interment followed in Fountain Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Peachland.
The family greeted friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Levine Children's Hospital, Pediatric Heart Center, 1000 Blythe Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203 or to Polkton United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 36, Polkton, NC 28135.

"In God We Trust". A week ago we took care of getting my new pair of glasses. Today I returned and learned you had a higher assignment, to be in God's perfect will. I will miss stopping by the Vision Center and talking to Darrell while he adjusted my glasses. He was such a nice man. I send love and comfort to his Mother and brother and all his family. Keep thoughts of goodness within you that Darrell was so loved by many.
