As your colleagues, fans and friends mourn the loss of a talented musician, producer and showman, we mourn the loss of a dear loved one.
We are proud of you for fighting a courageous battle until the very end, but we are thankful that you are now at peace.
We will remember your passion for art and music, your pursuit of professional excellence, and your love of us.
While others will miss you in the spotlight, we will miss you at the dinner table, the front porch and the boardwalk.
We have had more than our fair share of ups & downs, but life with you was never boring.
Thank you for the good times. Until we meet again.

Oh dear god i need ur help right now...i am destined for greatness...i posses the kno how...i need your courage power and strength to go on...cause everyday i am crying like a sad sad love song....all my friends they have vanished like a thief n the night....i need u to guide me lord out of the darkness and into the light...so much sorrow surrounds me...at times i jus cannot take it....i believe with your guidance im determined to make it.... I wrote this poem because im a very talented artist who had the privelege to work with Tony..i never realized how major he was until now...he came across so many talented artists ....i cant understand why he didnt show that talent to the world...maybe he has his reasons but he did teach me how to execute a song and for that i am forever greatful...#rip superstar#i always told people u were One in a million but they didnt believe...its sad u had to go so soon...and i couldnt say goodbye... I always wondered what ever happened to you....my heartfelt sympathy goes out to jenny moni...ur oldest daughter and the rest of the family....u will be missed

Tone/Roman my brother and my friend this is so hard for me to accept. It seems like just yesterday when we were in the basement @ Clinton Place 1989. The work and the play, collaborating,rehearsing and then it was show time :-) The release of "What Will Be " the first single on Black Male Records followed by that head banging
" Now You Want Me". N.Y.C./N.J. radio station interviews, retailing records,from Germany and Scotland we did it. I will never forget what we shared. Not many can say that they were blessed to live their dream but you did. And you will be missed by many around the world starting with me first. Thank you for your love and friendship Michaelangelo
