Anthony Stegner Obituary
ANTHONY J. STEGNER
AGE: 58 WEST KEANSBURG
Anthony J. Stegner, 58, of the West Keansburg section of Hazlet, died Sunday, Nov. 16, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Newark, he lived in Cliffwood Beach before moving to West Keansburg in 1981. He was a stationary engineer for Johnson and Johnson, New Brunswick. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Keansburg. Anthony was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy.
Surviving are his wife, Rosemarie Pellegrino Stegner; a son, Anthony Stegner Jr. of Holmdel and his fiancee, Jill Lynn Wagner of Cliffwood; a daughter, Heather Marie Stegner of Holmdel; his mother, Marion Stegner of Jacksonville, Fla.; two grandchildren, John Anthony Ricci and Joseph Nicholas Ricci of Holmdel; two brothers, Frederick Stegner of Ohio, and Michael Stegner of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a sister, Kathleen Martin of Jacksonville, Fla.
Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Funeral Home, 201 Laurel Ave., West Keansburg. The funeral will be at 9:15 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, followed by a 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann's Church, Keansburg. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown.

Aucky was my friend and really more like my brother. Although he, I and Ricky drifted apart as adults I will always treasure the time we had.
