Long Branch - Barbara M. Garnes, age 87, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Monmouth Care Center in Long Branch. She was born in Long Branch on June 25, 1931 to Joseph "Pop" and Mattie (Seaberry) Shuler. Family, friends and others whose lives Barbara touched are invited to gather at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave. in Long Branch on Saturday, July 28 from 12pm until the time of the funeral service at 1pm.
