Barbara Williamson Obituary
AGE: 81 • Jamesville, VA
Barbara Ann Haley Siersema Williamson, 81, wife of the late Duaine C. Williamson and a resident of Jamesville, VA, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Heritage Hall in Nassawadox. A native of Lakewood, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Jerry and Agnes Johnson Haley. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist in Jamesville and a member of the Women of the Moose in Exmore.
She is survived by five children, Anna Marie Potter and her husband Fred of Point Pleasant, NJ, John Christopher Siersema of East Laurenberg, NC, Mary Janine Cafferty and her husband Mike of Monroe NC, Stephen Kelly Siersema and partner Robert Quinones of Brooklyn, NY, and Kara Elizabeth DeCarlo and her husband David of Jamesville, VA; two sisters, Agnes "Cis" Mayer of Lakewood, NJ, and Joy Hooper of Groton, CT; 11 grandchildren, Kelly and her husband Tom LaVoie, Fred Potter III and his wife Gina, Rory Potter, Julia and Rebecca Siersema, John and Shaun Siersema, Erin and Brenna Cafferty, Craig and Marissa DeCarlo; 4 great-grandchildren, Carlin, Jaxon, Fred IV, Alexander Potter; and 10 nephews and nieces, Brian, Greg, Gary, Regina Mayer and Cathy, Tecie, Mary, Charlene, Charles, Geni Hooper. She was predeceased by a son, Earl Onno Siersema III and a nephew, Robbie Mayer.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 12 noon Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013 at St. Mary of the Lake, 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Flowers will be accepted. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
