AGE: 28 • Perth Amboy
Carlos A. Leonardo, 28, who was born in Bonao, Dominican Republic, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at his residence.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Carmen Peralta; adored daughter, Idalexa; his loving parents, Carlos A. and Maria Elena (nee Cepeda) Leonardo; dear brother of a sister and 5 brothers.
We begin to leave on Friday at 8:15 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy, for a 9:00 am funeral mass at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at La Asuncion Church. Burial is at Alpine Cemetery. Visiting is on Thursday from 2 ~ 4 & 7 ~ 9pm.

We will always keep you in our thoughts and prayers. From the moment I saw you, you were an incredible guy always happy friendly we Love you. I will always miss you. Remember the day you went to my apartment my wife took care of your baby. My wife refuse to charge you because in her she saw that remarkable person you have change a lot became a responsible father! She was very surprise! God Bless you rest in peace.
