Claire Sheridan Obituary
AGE: 82 • Lincroft
Claire J. "Jacquie" Sheridan, 82, of Lincroft, NJ, passed away Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 in Holmdel. She was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and lived at Luftman Towers for over 10 years. Claire was very active at St. Leo the Great Church in Lincroft. She was a member of the choir, she worked the carnival, and she enjoyed the community activities at Luftman Towers, including Coffee for Cause, the Tuesday Novena, and the monthly birthday parties. Claire was also a member of St. Anne's Guild.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Burke Murphy; and her son, John Sheridan. Claire was also the proud grandmother of her two granddaughters, Courtney and Emily Murphy. Claire was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hasbrouck.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 04, 2012 from 2 pm to 5 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 5, 2012 at 8:30 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered Monday at 10 am at St. Leo The Great RC Church, Newman Springs Rd., Lincroft. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jacquie's honor to St. Leo the Great RC Church, 546 Newman Springs Rd., Lincroft, NJ 07738.
