Donna Lenzing Obituary
AGE: 52 • Middletown
Donna Lenzing, 52, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2012 in Edison, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Middletown. Donna was employed in the graphic arts design industry before being forced to retire due to her health. Donna thoroughly enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City.
Surviving are her mother, Lorraine Koturo; her sister, Cheryl Ruggiero; her brother, Henry Koturo; and her two nephews, Vincent Ruggiero and Matteo Koturo.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Henry Koturo, Jr in 2002.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 20 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for during the evening visiting hours at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.

You were the best Aunt ever... even though I hardly ever saw you whenever I knew we were coming to NJ to visit I would always get so excited to see you. Now that you're gone I will never forget your laughter and hearing you call me "little one." You were so courageous with the fight you put up with and now you're at peace. I love you with all my heart and you will truly be missed each and every day. I will see you again someday!

Donna was one of the first I met on my husband's Koturo side of the family. I don't think I have ever met a more caring person. We shared a passion for animals. You will be greatly missed, but I know I will see you again...and until that day, I see you in all the sunflowers around me.

Where to start....Today I struggled with the news of Donna's passing. My heart goes out to her family. I will always remember her laughing and smiling, and how she went out of her way to help family, friends and animals in need. Donna is an amazing spirit. I am truly grateful that I had the opportunity to know Donna, and be a part of her life. She once told me that your spirit lives on long after your human shell is gone. That just because we can no longer see someone doesn't mean they aren't present.
Sometimes in life you have to stop analyzing the moments. Just let them happen, and be present in them.
Donna... I am truly blessed to have you as a friend, thank you for your honesty, your caring heart and for being there when I needed a shoulder to cry on.
