Dora Kirby Obituary
AGE: 92 • Freehold Borough
Dora Kirby, 92, of Freehold Borough, entered eternal peace on Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she resided in Freehold for the rest of her life. Dora began her career at the John L. Montgomery Medical Home as a clerk stenographer in 1940, becoming its director in 1966 until her retirement in 1990. She pursued a college degree at Rutgers University and graduated with a B.S of management in 1983. In 1989 Dora also received her license to sell real-estate for her retirement. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters and a member of the Society of Public Accounts.
Dora was predeceased by her loving husband, James Warren; grandson, Lenny Sullivan; and parents, Anthony and Adelina Zerilli. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Leonard Sullivan and grandson, Tim. Also surviving are her two sisters, Eda Urbelis of Freehold and Adele Springsteen of Little Silver, as well as many loving nieces and nephews, and the Sullivan, McMullen families who loved her also.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday from 3:30 to 7:30 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, 47 East Main Street, Freehold. Her Funeral Liturgy will be Saturday at 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Burial to follow in the parish cemetery.
