Doris Colabelli Obituary
AGE: 90 • Matawan
Doris Jane Colabelli, 90, of Matawan, died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 30, 2017, at Sunrise Assisted Living, Marlboro.
Doris was a 55 year resident of Matawan. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her children and grandchildren with her faithful dog Abby by her feet.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband James; and her sister Evelyn. She is survived by her loving children, James Colabelli (Nina), Albert Colabelli, Michael Colabelli, Lynda Neff (Bob) and her cherished grandchildren Cara Colabelli, Johanna Colabelli, Jenna Colabelli, Jimmy Colabelli, Bobby Neff and Michael Neff. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017, 11:30AM, at Fair View Cemetery, Rt. 35S, Middletown, NJ. A memorial mass will be held in the near future at St. Clements Church, 172 Freneau Ave, Matawan NJ 07747. The family would also like to thank the wonderful staff at Sunrise of Marlboro for the loving care they showed "Nana" in her last months. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doris's name may be made to Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue (95 W Front St, PO Box 739, Keyport, NJ 07735).
