Edward G. Robinson, Sr.

AGE: 69 • Lawrenceville, GA

Edward G. "Hugo" Robinson, Sr., 69, died Thurs., Oct. 3, 2013 in Eastside Medical Center, Snellville, Ga. Born in Westfield, he was a resident of Plainfield for many years before moving to Lawrenceville, Ga. 5 years ago. He was employed with Supermarkets General Corporation Pathmark and Grocery Haulers both in Woodbridge. Hugo as he was known, was a member of Teamsters Local #863 in Mountainside.

He was predeceased by his mother Helen Wright and brother Russell Robinson. Surviving are his wife Susie Robinson; 2 sons Edward G. Robinson, Jr. and Wayne Robinson; a daughter Joanne Robinson; a granddaughter Monique Robinson; 3 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Dorothy Anderson, Linda Wright and Debra Billups; a sister in law La Verne Alexander Robinson and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Sat. 12 noon in Rose of Sharon Community Church, 825 West Seventh St., Plainfield preceded by viewing at 10am. Private cremation. Arrangements by Brown's Funeral Home, Plainfield. www.brownsfuneralhome.net.

Susie and family I just heard today of Hugo passing through my daughter Tracie via Wayne's FB. I am so sorry for your loss. You and the family have my condolences.
