Eileen Faletti Obituary
AGE: 74 • Manchester
Eileen S. Faletti 74, of Leisure Village West, Manchester died Wednesday, August 31, at home surrounded by her family. She was employed as the School Nurse at St Joseph's Catholic School, Keyport for 18 years before retiring 10 years ago. She was a parishioner of St John's Church, Lakehurst. Born in New York City, she lived in Baltimore, MD for 6 years, and Middletown for 32 years, and in Lakewood for 8 years, before moving to Manchester in 2013. She is predeceased by her parents, James and Lillian Smyth, and her brother, James F. Smyth. Surviving is her loving husband of 53 years, John S. "Jack" Faletti, 2 sons and a daughter in law, John D. of Manchester, Michael J. and Maureen Faletti of Tinton Falls, a daughter and son in law, Cathleen and James Cotgreave of Ocean Township, a sister, Cathleen Burke of Dagsboro, DE, and 5 grandchildren, Meaghan, Danielle, Kayla, Michael, and Chas. Visitation is Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Oliverie Funeral Home, 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Wednesday at 10:00 am at St John's Church, Lakehurst with interment to follow at the Brigadier Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the St Jude Tribute Program, PO Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. Dear Jack and Family, I was so sorry to hear about your loss and heartache. I remember Eileen as always having a smile on her face. I remember going to a craft fair years ago with her where she sold a number of her handmade ornaments. I still pull out those ornaments every Christmas and put them on my tree. They will always be special to me because they remind me of two very wonderful people who welcomed me so warmly into the Bristol Myers family. Thank you. I'm praying that God's love and grace will get you through this very difficult time.
